Diana has enjoyed working in the dental field for over 20 years, and is very proud to be involved with a team that commits its skill and knowledge. Each team member possesses a particular area of expertise to make sure each patient's experience here at Anderson Dental Group is a pleasant one.

With over 20 years of work in the dental field, Diana's experience becomes readily apparent to patients as she is able to articulate all the services here at Anderson Dental Group. Her infectious smile and passion for helping people show, as she ensures patients feel good about their overall experience. Whether it is a question regarding a particular treatment, confusion about insurance benefits, or assistance is needed scheduling appointments, Diana is a great resource.

Diana has two children.  As a family they enjoy traveling, sports (watching her son play football), boating, walking, and spending time with family and friends.

Dawn began working with Anderson Dental Group in 2003, and absolutely LOVES her job, the staff and the patients! Prior to joining Anderson Dental (& the "dental industry"), she gained a wide variety of experience in the business sector - through various credit, human resources, and operations management roles. While Dawn's main focus is to keep the practice running smoothly, she is well equipped to help our patients schedule appointments, assist them in understanding their insurance benefits, and coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements.
 
Dawn graduated from UNI and is a huge Panther fan! She is married to Jay and they have three children, who are all very active in school and sports. Her "free" time is spent attending their activities and serving on many school and church-related committees.

Hygienists

                     

Jacqueline

Jacqueline graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in 2002, and has been with Anderson Dental Group ever since. She was born and raised in Moulton, a small town in Southern Iowa, and currently lives in West Des Moines.
 
Jacqueline enjoys running, cooking, being with friends and family, and just lounging around with her two cats (Sam and Penelope) in her spare time.

Karla was born and raised in Ute, Iowa. She was a dental assistant for six years, prior to furthering her education and becoming a dental hygienist. She attended the Dental Hygiene program at DMACC, and has been in the dental field for over 20 years.
 
Karla is married to Doug, and they have two children - Kendre' and Kolby. They enjoy their time attending the kids' sports activities and boating during the summer.

Alissa has been practicing dental hygiene since 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota. She loves educating patients and helping them improve their oral health.

Alissa grew up on a farm in Northwest Iowa. She and her husband, Michael, have a little boy named Reagan, and live in Grimes. She loves spending time with her family, camping, golfing and attending Iowa Cubs games.

Sanela, Registered Dental Hygienist:  Sanela was born in Zenica, Bosnia, and moved to Des Moines, Iowa in 1997 with her parents and younger brother. Sanela graduated from Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Dental Assisting Program in 2000. She worked as a dental assistant for five years.
 
In May, 2007 she received an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from DMACC. Sanela started her career as a Dental Hygienist with Anderson Dental Group shortly thereafter. Sanela and her husband, Adnan, are expecting their first child. She enjoys working in a positive team environment and spending quality time with her patients and family.

Assistants

                   

Janae has been with Anderson Dental Group for 25 years, so the staff, patients and rep's are all like family to her. She goes the extra mile to provide our patients with a positive dental care experience. She truly loves her job and feels so blessed to be part of such an outstanding team!
 
Janae is married with two children and one dog. Her hobbies are school sporting events, movies and spending quality time with her family.

Megan was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Des Moines Area Community College, and has been accepted into the Hygiene program.
 
Megan and Nick celebrated their wedding in October 2009.   Megan enjoys dancing and spending time with her friends and family.

Lisa was born and raised in Emmetsburg, Iowa. She graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in 2002, in their dental assisting program.

Lisa and Dustin are expecting their first child. Lisa enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

June was born and raised in Des Moines. She has been in the dental field for over thirty years, working in an endodontic office and a general dentistry office. She takes pride in working with a caring team, whose goal is to provide excellent dental care to the patients.

In June's free time, she enjoys long walks, cooking and spending time with family and friends at her new lake house.

Pam was born in Wisconsin and raised in Marshalltown, Iowa. She has been in the dental field for 11 years. She loves her job here at Anderson Dental Group! Working with people personally and professionally is something she excels at and looks forward to daily! Pam is one of the first people you will usually see or hear in our office. Her smile and laughter are contagious. She is committed to making each experience with our office relaxed and comfortable.
 
Pam has been married to Gene for over 20 years.

They have a daughter, Morgan and a son, Taylor who are both students at ISU.  Pam enjoys hockey and riding their new Harley.
